At Earthly Juices, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that your experience with our products and service meets or exceeds your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Perishable Items (Juices & Cleanses)

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and cleanses:

  • All sales of perishable items are final.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on fresh juice products once they have been shipped or picked up.
  • If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g., damaged bottles, incorrect product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos for review.

2. Non-Perishable Products

For items such as merchandise, accessories, or wellness products (non-perishable):

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders for juice cleanses or custom blends may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after this window may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, or be non-refundable if production has already begun.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us at earthlyjuices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the issue.

5. Gift Cards and Digital Products

  • Gift cards and downloadable items are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
