Immunity Builder Cleanse:

If you feel like your coming down with something or have a small chest infection or cold this is the best choice to knock it out. This cleanse is designed to support the lungs and clear the small intestines of bacteria and waste that is bogging down the immune system. When the lungs begin to detox it moves through the body into the small intestines, thus  when the small intestines empties into the bowel the fluid in the lungs releases.

We have created this cleanse with our on-staff herbalist Helene Gentili to decreasing lung and intestinal inflammation. As an added result this cleanse supports the kidneys when the immune system is under attack – the primary function of your kidneys is to remove allergens, mold, bacteria and toxins from the body.

 

Daily Structure: 

Anytime Tea: Includes variety of immune supporting teas such as Anti-Inflamatory Tea, Lung Formula, Kidney Formula, Digestive Formula, and Detox Formula – drink warm through out the day.

Morning Green Juice: Flu bluster – garlic, apple, cucumber, celery, ginger, lemon, & greens

Lunchtime smoothie: Adaptogenic Super Immunity Building Mushroom Blend with aloe, spices, banana and sprouted almond mylk

Mid Afternoon C Flush: 1/2qrt  Pure tangerine juice

Late Afternoon Wake Up: 1/2 qt Adrenal support – cayenne, turmeric, ginger, b-vits, amino acids, aloe, coconut water, sea salt & apples

Clear broth detox soup for Dinner: 1/2 qrt Garlic, turmeric, cayenne, Black Pepper veggie Soup

Bedtime Salt Flush: Re- Mineralize the body with this potent salt flush

Soothing Kidney Formula

For overactive kidneys and kidney stress. Helps with swelling and soothing for diabetics. You can add tart cherry juice for gout and arthritis, cranberry for urinary tract distress and lemon juice for burning urination. Has potassium for dehydration. Its a blend of herbs which include Hibiscus, corn silk, lemon grass, dandelion, uva ursi, and marshmallow. This is not a kidney cleanse but a supportive tonic.

Detox Tea Formula

This recipe has been revised and originally used to pass drug tests but used properly is beneficial to support the liver and kidneys to reduce stress from long term digestion of pharmaceutical drugs and toxins found in foods and unfiltered drinking water. A great kick start to a cleanse. Take it for at least 8 days. Can be taken with grapefruit juice, lemon or lime juice. Or sweeten with apple juice. A careful blend of Sarsaparilla, licorice, Pau de arco, uva ursi, juniper berry, boldo, dandelion, root and leaf milk thistle , ginger with a hint of mint.

Digestive Formula

This is targeted for immediate comfort for digestive upset caused by indigestion. Helps with gas , cramping and bloating , IBS and aids in bile flow. Its quite tasty like a mild chi and a little raw honey goes well with it. Can add coconut milk if desired. one of my favorite after dinner teas. Contains supportive herbs like roasted burdock and chicory, ginger, peppermint, cardamom, licorice and cinnamon.

Anti- inflammatory tea

Calendula- anti inflammatory, Safflower- stomach digestion, Ginger- digestion and blood mover unless you prefer cinnamon, Thyme- immune, allergy , Turmeric

Most inflammatory conditions are based on stomach digestion and low immune systems. Bile is in excess and causes heat and that causes inflammation. Thyme is for immune and reduces phlegm.

Lung Reparatory Tea

Lobelia- expectorant,Lungwort- pulmonary, water metabolism, Eucalyptus- cough, mold, infection, Mullen- Respiratory, moistens lungs, Anise- Antispasmodic

This is a supportive formula to strengthen the lung. The lungs metabolize water and works with heart and kidney.
