At Earthly Juices, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. The following outlines our delivery policy to help you understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Custom juice cleanses or large orders may require additional preparation time.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We offer standardexpress, and overnight shipping options at checkout.
  • All deliveries are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, based on location, service availability, and perishability of the product.
  • Refrigerated or perishable products may be shipped with ice packs and insulation for freshness.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select areas and products)

Delivery time is counted from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Local Delivery and Pickup (If Available)

  • In select areas, we may offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
  • Local delivery is typically available within a 15–20 mile radius of our facility and may require a scheduled time window.
  • Customers will be notified by email or text when local delivery or pickup is ready.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders containing perishable juices may be limited to specific delivery zones or require express shipping.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Use the link provided in the email to track the delivery status in real time.

8. Delivery Issues

  • If your order arrives late, damaged, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at earthlyjuices@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for delays due to carrier service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or extreme weather conditions.

9. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
